Our company, Conservera Castreña S.A., has been offering our customers the highest quality canned and salted fish since 1986. Our products are made entirely at our facilities, under strict quality control that supervises the entire production process, from the moment the fresh fish arrives at our factory until it is processed and sent to the consumer.

THE QUALITY
Anchovies sourced from responsible fishing practices that meet the highest quality standards
La Castreña is IFS Food certified. The raw material comes from artisanal fishing boats, which use purse seine nets and lift nets to catch anchovies. In the case of white tuna, we source raw material that is individually caught with rods.
